A perfect example of this is The Authentic Italian Table Miami Event on April 25th, hosted by the Italy-American Chamber of Commerce Southeast (IACC). Held at the beautiful Coral Gables Country Club, guests will enjoy an immersive culinary experience where many of South Florida’s leading Italian restaurants — all honored with the Italian Quality Seal or Marchio Ospitalita’ Italiana — will present their best selection of signature dishes from Italy’s different regions. Leading Italian food and wine distributors in South Florida round out the list of 40 participants that will showcase additional products and host tastings.

Beyond just an eating affair, The Authentic Italian Table’s focus is to educate. As the music, great ambience, and even better food awaken your inner Italian senses, IACC seeks to raise awareness among North American consumers about authentic Italian products and how they can incorporate them in their daily lives. Testament of this focus are the seminar and gourmet experiences themselves. In addition to Italian Grand Tasting, there will be specialized programs that will touch upon different subjects such as Artisan Cured Meats, Genuine flavors from the Southern region of Apulia, and Italian Aperitivos and Wine pairings.
