New York has officially opened the fashion month last Thursday 8th presenting the collections for the upcoming Fall/Winter 2018–2019.

One of the most waiting show of the season was Tom Ford catwalk and let me say that he didn’t disappoint the expectations.

You know that Tom Ford is always capable of creating an aura of mystery and charm around him and his creations and the woman presented by him was strong and self-confident… in a few words, a real boss lady.

A blaze of green, purple and red shades, neon colors with faux-fur, animal prints and loads of sequins, the show was for sure harbinger of some new trends. Kaia Berger and Joan Small, to named a few, walked down the runway with boxy shouldered-suits, satin bomber jackets, oversized headbands, powerful bags and a tangible come back to the final 80 / early 90. A little kitsch? Well, we are talking about Tom Ford, the man who took Kitsch to another dimension and meaning of the word.

Yes, because the real success of Tom Ford new collection is in the accessories. The PUSSY POWER is ready to become the real must-have bag, a statement piece crystal-encrusted with the words fierce and sparkling in crystals, perfectly matched with the square-toed slingback heels that are a jump back in the past. Bold and oh-so-80s are the large and uber strong headbands, that were presented in every look, made with leather or strass. The oversized diamond hoops and the fishnet socks will be the main characters of next season parties.

To the cry of “The 80s are back” Tom Ford showed again how opulent and dramatically sexy are his pieces while taking us to dream in vibrant West Coast, maybe with putting on the coolest sweatshirt with logo “ Tom Ford Beverly Hills” .
